We are continuing to accept applications for all of our programs, however the earliest you would depart is from July onwards.
Due to the rapidly evolving situation with the current global health crisis, Epic Exchange continues to stand committed to deliver a high quality and safe cultural exchange program experience. We are also committed to working with you as we move forward in partnership during this unprecedented time.
Effective today, the Department of State is placing a temporary pause on cultural exchange programs. This applies to all programs through May 11, 2020.
While we remain positive for the outlook beyond the pause period, Epic Exchange continues to monitor, analyze, and collaborate in making the best decisions we can on a program-by-program basis. We will keep you posted on any future updates we receive from the US department of State, US Consulate and world health organisations.
The aim is for all applicants to still participate in a program but simply delay your start date to when it’s safe to travel.
For those of you who need to return home early we will assist you.
We apologise for any inconvenience this pandemic is causing you but will work to the best of our abilities to deal with this.
